The Unlearning School - AI training that gets your team using the tools you already pay for

The Unlearning School is a behaviour-change practice for AI adoption in non-technical teams. We redesign workflows so the AI tools your company already pays for - Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT - actually get used. EU AI Act Article 4 ready training, delivered in Romania and across the European Union.

What we do

  • AI Adoption Training for non-technical teams. Workshops and programmes that change how people work, not just what tools they open.
  • AI Adoption Score. Free 2-minute diagnostic that scores readiness across literacy, governance, workflow, tools and culture.
  • AI Adoption Call. Free 30-minute discovery session. We score maturity and send a 1-page roadmap within 24 hours.
  • EU AI Act Article 4 compliance. AI literacy training that meets the 2 February 2026 obligation for staff dealing with AI systems.
  • Funding-backed programmes. Microsoft MDF, AWS co-sell, Google Cloud Partner funds and EU digital grants. We structure the application; you run the programme.
  • Hermes Agent. Open-source AI agent with persistent memory and 40+ tools. Runs on your own server.
  • Events. Talks, workshops, hackathons and roundtables on responsible AI adoption.

Who we are

Founded by Răzvan Vâlceanu. Based in Bucharest, Romania. Serving Romania and the European Union in English and Romanian. We work with operations, marketing, HR, finance, legal and customer success teams inside SMEs and mid-market organisations.
